The JFK Terminal One project is a $7.2B private-public partnership program to replace existing terminals 1 and 2 with a new, modern 23-gate terminal, developed and partially funded by ADB Safegate’s owners, Carlyle Airport Group and operated by their strategic partner, Munich Airport International. The first phase is scheduled to open late 2023 with final completion in 2025.
In 2020, Nth Consulting Group was selected by ADB Safegate to define their program management office and have overall responsibility for project management, compliance, monitoring/reporting progress and risk management.
Nth Consulting Group will be the key contact with customers and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
As program manager, it is a unique opportunity for Nth Consulting Group to support ADB Safegate’s delivery, as
their scope is design-supply-build and will include 19 different systems and products across their entire solutions portfolio. Currently in the pre-construction phase, Nth Consulting Group’s scope in the project relates to the consultancy services for the development of the scope, design management, preparation of contract documents, and program governance. Nth Consulting Group is also instrumental in the schedule and budget control.
